Ideal Renovations Guarantees

2 Years of Workmanship

We provide a 2 year workmanship guarantee from the date of completion on the work done by us.

Product warranty

All products like Fittings and Appliances supplied by Ideal Renovations carry a supplier warranty ranging from 2-15 years depending on the make and model (as provided by the suppliers).

Time frame

We provide realistic timelines for your dream projects and deliver as fast as possible while ensuring the workmanship is of the highest possible quality.

No hidden cost (fixed price)

We work within your specified budget. Once the design is finalised and before starting any work we will provide you with an agreement and a fixed price based upon your specifications.

Quality assurance

Regular onsite inspections are carried out by our project manager and site manager using very high standards to make sure everything is right at the beginning before moving to the next stage.

Design guarantee

Ideal Renovation works with preferred architects and designers to provide free kitchen and bathroom designs during the quote stage. This gives a whole picture of the new layout to our clients.

15 years waterproof warranty with certificate (PS3)

We provide a warranty of 15 years on the waterproofing products that we use and the job is carried out by a qualified technician. A PS3 certificate is given by the Auckland council.

Electrical Certificate of Compliance and Electrical Safety Certificate

An electrical certificate is the electrician's verification that the electrical work is lawful, safe and compliant.

Insurance

We carry Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance (Limit of Indemnity General Liability $5,000,000).

Geoffrey

Co-founder & General Manager

With 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Geoffrey heads the Sales and Project Management side of the business. He oversees contracts and renovation jobs to ensure the highest standards are maintained across the company.

His career has seen him lead various projects with renowned names in the industry such as Carters, Bosch and Milwaukee. His key focus on communication and client satisfaction make him invaluable to the business.

When he isn’t collaborating with customers, Geoffrey can be found trying his hand at water sports or kicking back with a good book.

Fema

Co-founder & Project Manager

A dedicated leader, Fema is our resident project manager, with a specialization in new build developments. He also acts as the team leader for our renovation teams and our direct contact for finance control, quality control and auditing.

His 7 year experience and varied background sets him apart as an inspired professional whose understanding of renovations from the ground up gives him the drive to undertake any project.

His spare time is spent in the ground outdoors, either hiking up mountains or coming down them by bike.

Jimmy

Co-founder & Director

As Managing Director, Jimmy oversees Sales and Project management at Ideal Renovations. He brings with him a wealth of experience to give our clients the high quality they expect and deserve. He has been working with new builds and in the residential and commercial renovation industry in New Zealand for over 6 years.

Before starting Ideal Renovations, he was the Co-founder and Head of Project Management at a leading Auckland renovation company. Jimmy has also worked for Porsche AG and Porsche China as a sales & aftersales trainer giving him strengths in communication and customer service.

Outside of work, Jimmy’s time is spent racing or heading out on the waves for days of (sometimes successful) fishing trips.

Admin & Marketing SUpport

May is an admin and marketing support at Ideal Renovations.

She has more than 15 years of working experience in the hospitality and education industries which allows her to meet with people from all walks of life and to establish good working relationships with both internal and external customers.

In her downtime, she enjoys a jog at the beach and looking for interesting recipes online to whip up desserts with her children.
